The average time to deliver a Colissimo package to France is 48 hours.
For Other countries it may vary up to 5 working days

Colissimo Home

Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours, directly in your mailbox (France only). If it is not large enough and you are absent, a notice of passage will be filed allowing you to choose on the Internet a new delivery date within 6 working days or to recover your package the next day in the Post office of your choice.
If you do not make any selection, you will be able to collect your parcel in your home post office within 15 days.

Colissimo Pickup

With Colissimo Pickup Withdrawal you have several methods of withdrawal to choose to recover your package

• At the Poste office, you can choose the poste office in which you want to be delivered (without prior passing of your post man at home) among the 10,000 post offices available throughout Metropolitan France.
  Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your parcel will be returned to us.

• In Pickup relay, you can choose one of the 7500 Pickup retailers close to your home, workplace or holiday, from which you wish to have your delivery.
  Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your parcel will be returned to us.

• At Pickup Station you can choose one of the 500 automatic pickup station to have your parcel delivered. They can be reached on your way (train station, metro, car park, shopping centers, etc.) 24/7 (except when subject to shopping mall schedules and transport zones). Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail. It will specify your retrival codes allowing you to retreive your package during 3 working days. After this time, your parcel will be returned to us.

Chronopost, express service, delivers to your home, both in France and worldwide. This shipping method includes several services such as pick-up on demand or rescheduling of delivery. Track your shipment very easily from the "my orders" section, via the link sent by e-mail or by manually entering your parcel number at the following address: https://www.chronopost.fr/en/suivi-colis  

 

• Chronopost C18 : express delivery the next day before 6pm: Your parcel delivered to your home the next day before 6pm from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, to any destination in France. Possibility to request a Saturday delivery before 6pm for parcels delivered to Chronopost on Friday. Includes Predict allowing you to manage your delivery and reschedule it.
  In case of absence, your parcel will be held at the post office or at a Chronopost depot for 14 days or at a Pickup point for 7 days. 

 

• Chronopost Express - International Express Delivery: Your parcel delivered to your home within 2 to 4 working days to any destination in the world.
  In case of absence, a second presentation will take place. The parcel will be available at the local instance for an average period of 10 days in case of a second absence. You will be informed of the actual duration of availability. 

 

• Chrono Classic - European delivery: Your parcel will be delivered to your home within 2 to 6 working days anywhere in Europe. This delivery method includes several services such as: Saturday delivery for parcels delivered on Friday, Predict allowing you to access the follow-up of your delivery and to reschedule a delivery. 
  In case of absence, a second presentation will take place. The parcel will be available at the local instance for a period of 8 to 10 days depending on the country in case of a second absence.

 

UPS offers an express delivery service in France and all over the world. Track your package at any time from the link https://www.ups.com/track?loc=fr_FR. This shipping method includes services such as delivery rescheduling and real-time e-mail notifications about the delivery and potential difficulties that could lead to delays. 

 

• UPS Standard: Package delivered by hand within 24 hours for Metropolitan France and 2 to 4 days for Europe. Including the tracking of packages available at this link https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_GB
  In case of absence, UPS gives a notice of passage indicating the instructions to follow to recover the package. (package held at a UPS Access Point, given to a neighbor, second visit the next day) 

 

• UPS Saver: Guaranteed next day delivery in metropolitan France and up to 3 days for the rest of the world. Includes package tracking available at this linkhttps://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_GB
  In case of absence, UPS gives a notice of passage indicating the instructions to follow to recover the package. (package held at a UPS Access Point, given to a neighbor, second visit the next day)

 

    TNT Express

Your package delivered tomorrow morning at the indicated address. With real time tracking of your shipment on the site www.tnt.fr/suivicolis and via your smartphone.

Delivered directly to your home in person by signature. In 24h after dispatch of your order and before 13h * in metropolitan France.
Notification by sms or e-mail at each key step of the shipment. In case of absence or impossible delivery, the parcel is delivered in the Relay Parcel (r) nearest you and you can withdraw it the same day at 14h.
In case of absence on the day of delivery, you will be able to reprogram your delivery according to the proposed options.

Hand delivered against signature. In 24h after dispatch of your order and before 13h * in metropolitan France.
In case of absence or inability of delivery, the parcel is returned to the TNT distribution agency awaiting further instructions.
