FAQ about Raspberry Pi 5 Preorders and Accessories

When will pre-orders be shipped?

We will ship all Pi 5 orders as soon as stock is available, in chronological order of receipt.

Orders are shipped when all products in the order are available.

An estimated shipping date is shown below.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification by e-mail. 

 

Batch #4 - Receipt of cards in our stock depending of the model

  • At present, we have no better information on exact dates, but we will update this information as the situation improves.
  • 4 GB: Out of stock (Waiting for information on next allocations to reopen pre-orders)
  • 8 GB : Available on pre-order (Cards will be in stock at the beginning of week 10 2024)

We are working to improve the situation and ensure that we can deliver as many pre-orders as possible as soon as possible.

We do not validate pre-orders beyond the quantities of cards allocated to us by the foundation. If you are able to validate your pre-order, this means that there is still availability on the quantities allocated to us, which will be delivered as soon as the allocation batches arrive.

Can I place an order with items in stock?


Your entire order will be dispatched when all pre-ordered products are in stock. We do not dispatch partial orders. If you need items in stock quickly, we recommend that you place separate orders.

Can I make changes to my order?


Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or combine orders once they have been validated. If you wish to add one or more products to an order you have already placed, you will need to place a second order. However, we can cancel your order by contacting our support team if it has not yet been dispatched.

Can I cancel my pre-order?


Of course, all you have to do is contact our support team and they'll cancel your order and issue a refund.

Why a limit per customer?


Due to high demand, we have restricted the purchase of Pi 5 boards per customer to ensure a fair distribution. We hope this restriction will be lifted once the products are fully available.
