Payment Information

We offer the following payment methods for your orders:

 

CREDIT CARD

By choosing the 'CREDIT CARD' option to set the payment, you will be redirected to the secure payment portal of Crédit Mutuel to finalize it.
Your card is processed directly by the bank with the highest level of security.

  

BANK TRANSFER

By choosing to pay by 'BANK TRANSFER', your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment (minimum order of 80 € ht).
After validation of your order, we will send you our bank details to proceed to the transfer.

 

BON DE COMMANDE ADMINISTRATIF

Are you a professor or member of a French teaching or research institution, are you a French administration?
You can create your online order by choosing payment by 'BON DE COMMANDE ADMINISTRATIF' (minimum order 150 €). This methode allows you to pay by bank or administrative transfer within 30 days net.
If you are unable to place an order online, please send us a message by post or at the e-mail address "service-client (at) yadom.fr".

You must send us your administrative order form and your order number placed on the shop.
Do not forget to put the mention "bon pour accord " with the stamp of the establishment, accompanied by your administrative order form.

Your order will be processed upon receipt of the purchase order signed by your establishment manager. You can send it to us either:
