Raspberry Pi 5 heat sink with fan

The heat sink offers an alternative and optimal cooling solution if you want to use your Raspberry Pi 5 under a sustained heavy load without a case. This active cooler combines a large aluminum heatsink with a 30 mm screw-mounted, variable-speed fan. It is powered and controlled via the fan connector.

This active heatsink attaches to the Raspberry Pi 5 PCB via 2 spring-loaded pins in dedicated mounting holes. The heatsink is equipped with 3 high-performance thermal interfaces for direct contact with the CPU, WIFI module and PMIC power supply circuit, optimizing and enhancing the cooling process.
