Terms and Conditions Access Station Micro Sigfox

The customer must not change the country of location of the station micro without the prior agreement of Unabiz Network France.
The customer accepts that Unabiz Network France has the right to audit the use of the station micro.
The customer must not modify, decompile or reverse engineer the stations micro.
The customer acknowledges and accepts that all warranty claims and claims relating to stations micro must be addressed to Unabiz Network France. The customer agrees to refrain from contacting Unabiz Network directly.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that Unabiz Network exclusively owns all intellectual property rights relating to the stations micro. All patents, copyrights, know-how, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights relating to stations micro are and shall remain the exclusive property of Unabiz Network. The Customer shall not take any action that may jeopardize these property rights.
The warranty covering stations micro lasts for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not apply to :

Are not installed, operated and/or maintained in accordance with the documentation accompanying the access station.
Which have been modified, opened and/or are damaged.
With a defect that is not attributable to Unabiz Network France, such as, but not limited to, a defect resulting from storage or transport conditions or unstable primary or secondary cellular connectivity.
