Raspberry Pi PoE+ expansion board 

Designed to replace the Raspberry Pi PoE Hat, the PoE+ expansion board allows you to power your Raspberry Pi board via Ethernet up to 30W (compared to 15W for the previous version). Less energy consuming, the PoE+ hat consumes less for the same power. 

This product is compatible with the PoE+ gigabit injector which can also provide up to 30W. 

For this product to be usable, the network to which it is connected must be Power over Ethernet compatible and be able to provide power as the PoE+ injector mentioned above.

No modifications to the Raspberry Pi main board are required for this product to work. Please make sure your Raspberry Pi software is up to date to ensure all features are available. The PoE HAT is equipped with a small fan controlled by the Raspberry Pi via I2C. The fan turns on and off automatically depending on the temperature of the Raspberry Pi's main processor.
