The V2 NoIR module camera offers native 8-megapixel resolution, with 3280 x 2464 pixels for photos and 1080p47, 1640 × 1232p41 and 640 × 480p206 for videos. Equipped with a Sony IMX219 sensor, it guarantees high-definition image and video quality.

What sets it apart from the standard V2 camera is that it doesn't use an infrared filter, which means it can increase sensitivity to infrared light in low-light conditions. The V2 NoIR camera is an ideal solution for your IoT applications, enabling you to capture images and video in the dark.

With its compact design, it offers high-sensitivity image capture with low crosstalk and low noise. Easy to install on your Raspberry Pi board, the Pi V2 camera module connects to the Raspberry Pi using a CSI ribbon cable.

A blue gel filter called "Roscolux #2007 Storaro Blue" is included to measure the extent of photosynthesis, notably to monitor the health of green plants.

The camera is compatible with all Raspberry Pi models.

Please note that for Raspberry Pi Zero models, a specific cable is required, as the camera module doesn't match the Pi Zero's camera connector.
