Food-Grade Temperature and Humidity Sensor

This IoT sensor can store up to 3,000 sets of time-stamped historical data records, and will continue to collect and store data even without a connection. Once the connection is re-established, the data collected during this period will be retransmitted to the gateway, thus avoiding loss.

The housing materials are FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved, allowing it to be present in freezers and refrigerators, and to come into contact with food or medication in complete safety.
